Hg Planning is a Glasgow based planning and management consultancy, which was established in 2003 to provide clear, concise, independent planning and management advice to both private and public sector clients.  It is a part of the Hg Group of Companies.

The aim of Hg Planning is to help to guide clients through the ever increasing ‘jungle’ that is planning; to provide a speedy, personal, high quality service to our customers, both in their best interests and in the best interests of the environment.

At all times we seek to keep customers informed of progress on the development of their projects and to advise them of crucial decisions affecting their proposals.  The company can offer a wide range of services including, but not limited to, policy advice, planning applications and environmental assessments. The main drive behind the company is Alan Montgomery, who established the company following collaboration with Colin Smith of Hg Consulting.

The practice has excellent client contacts with other specialist organisations and, as required, it can expand the service with complementary skills from other professional consultancies.
