Environmental Assessments

More and more development proposals now fall under the umbrella requiring screening opinion and/or a full assessment. Recent changes in legislation now mean that major applications require greater consideration prior to submission and more assessments will be required, to cover a range of environmental and design matters. The issues involved are often complex, requiring in-put from a variety of professions and necessitating co-ordination from the lead consultant. Hg Planning has experience both in acting as lead consultant and in providing specialist planning in-put for complex environmental statements.
